NEW CAKE FLAVOR ADDITION:

Hello all! Happy Memorial Day! I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday. God gave me an idea of a cake flavor. So, I made it early this morning to bring to a church Memorial Day potluck. Well, it didn’t last long. We arrived at the venue and I cut the cake. Already, people were grabbing and it was halfway gone. I had to leave to drop off my son at his job. I came back and the cake was gone! I received great compliments about it. So, we decided to add it on the menu. I call it SPRING & SUMMER CAKE. It’s great for potluck, birthdays, office party or any occasion. It’s made with fresh strawberries and banana; garnished with fresh strawberries and strawberry crunch. The size of this cake is 9×13 inch, 2 layers, serves 24 to 30 depending on how you cut the cake. Thank God for the idea. All glory belong to God!
